The ask

Physical launch events are costly. They’re hard to get to. And for ELGA, the laboratory water specialist, they weren’t working. Launching its PURELAB Chorus range meant re-engaging more than 60 channel partners (all of them spread over time zones and languages). And coming up with a product launch they could all attend from their desks.

The answer

We took the product to the channel with a digital launch. It made a big difference. Through emails, channel partner kits and dramatic videos, we made sure ELGA’s brand and product messaging were consistent. Resellers could attend in their own time. And a dynamic landing page put partners in direct contact with ELGA’s key people.
